I am way too tired to comment much, except to say 1)---you know what? just take a read and tell me if it doesn't explain a few things like checkpoints and a reluctance to turn over even MORE authority to the PLO--I mean, PA (as tho there's a difference). Also take a look at the part of her speech that was apparently omitted in most media coverage.
